Terms and conditions of participation

1. Organizer

The organizer of the contest is:

This contest is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram.

2. Eligibility

All natural persons residing in Germanywho are at least 18 years of age.
Employees of Gamers Only GmbH are excluded from participation. of Gamers Only GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation period

The contest begins on December 2 at 4:00 p.m. and ends on December 6 at 4:00 p.m..
 Entries received after the end of the entry period will not be considered.

4. Conditions of participation

Participation takes place via the organizer's Instagram profile: @gamersonly.gg.

To participate in the contest, the following steps must be completed:

  1. Like the contest post.

  2. The Instagram account @gamersonly.gg .

  3. Leave a comment under the contest post (answer to the question asked in the post).

5. Profits

The following prizes will be raffled off:

  • 10x 1 XL shaker of your choice (10 winners, each winning one XL shaker of their choice)

(Shakers available: Naruto XL Shaker, TMNT XL Shaker, Hello Kitty XL Shaker, Hatsune Miku Shaker, GG Green XL Shaker, Boosting Blue XL Shaker, Classic XL Shaker)

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be paid out in cash.

6. Determination of winners & notification

The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.

Winners will be notified within 2 days after the end of the competition via direct message on Instagram or by email.

If the winner does not respond within 5 days after the notification is sent, a new winner will be selected. 

7. Data protection

The following personal data will be processed for participation in the competition:

  • Instagram username

  • Name and contact details for prize delivery

The data will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and will be deleted afterwards, provided that there are no legal retention obligations.

8. Exclusion from the competition

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without prior notice in the event of violations of these conditions of participation or attempts at manipulation.

9. Disclaimer

The organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions, in particular those that lead to the unavailability of the website or the inability to access the competition entry.


10. Modification or cancellation of the contest

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time without prior notice if this is necessary for technical or legal reasons.

11. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, provided that this does not conflict with any mandatory consumer protection provisions.
 Legal recourse is excluded.
