The small opening in the protective film of your GAMERS ONLY tin is an important safety measure. It serves to equalize the pressure during transport and storage. Differences in temperature and altitude can cause the pressure in the tin to change - the small hole ensures that this pressure can be equalized in a controlled manner. This is therefore a deliberate safety feature and not a quality defect.

If you have ordered a Double Pack, you will see the individual components (2 drinks and 1 shaker) listed in your order overview with a price of €0. This is completely normal and does not mean that these products are free. The total price for the Double Pack has already been calculated and paid at the time of purchase. The 0€ display is merely a technical representation, as the Double Pack is broken down into its individual products. You will of course receive all the products included in the Double Pack. Please note: Sometimes there may be shopping cart gifts, please check again.

First check whether the sieve is inserted and the lid is screwed on correctly. This is usually the reason. If this does not help, please contact our customer service.

Preparation is super easy: add 5g of powder (a portion spoon is included) to 400ml of water in your shaker, shake vigorously - and your drink is ready!

Our shakers have a capacity of between 600-700 ml.

The discoloration in some of our varieties is caused by the beta-carotene they contain. There are various tried and tested home remedies to combat this discoloration, such as using hot water with baking soda, a mixture of sugar and washing-up liquid or simply lemon juice. Despite the discoloration, the shaker can still be used without hesitation.

Yes, all GAMERS ONLY Performance Drinks are completely sugar-free. The finished drink contains zero sugar and zero calories - perfect for anyone who wants to watch their sugar intake but still doesn't want to miss out on delicious drinks.

We have made a conscious decision to use the sweetener sucralose instead of sugar. While you already exceed the recommended amount of sugar with a conventional energy drink, you can drink several GAMERS ONLY before you would exceed the recommended amount of sucralose.

We recommend the energy drinks from the age of 16, the vitamin drinks have no age restriction

Each GAMERS ONLY energy drink contains 125mg of caffeine per serving.

Almost all of our drinks are vegan. However, please always check the respective product description again.

Yes, all GAMERS ONLY products are gluten-free.
